Two men arrested by Robbinsdale Police Saturday, Jan. 26, for suspected murder were released from jail shortly before 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28. But earlier that day, Robbinsdale Police arrested two other men in connection with the same case.
The second two suspects are now jailed at the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center.
A 48-hour hold on the first two men - a 22-year old New Hope man and a 23-year-old St. Louis Park man - had expired, Hennepin County jail records showed. They were not charged.
Even before the first two men were released, Robbinsdale police had already arrested another 22-year-old and 23-year-old man, both of Minneapolis. As were the first two men arrested, the second two men are being held without bail on suspicion of murder.
I won't draw any conclusions from this, but it does appear...interesting.
