Three men face possible burglary and assault charges after a home invasion early Saturday, police said.
A 19-year-old St. Charles man, his 22-year-old brother and a 19-year-old man from Peterson, Minn., were all referred to the Winona County Attorney’s Office for charges of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor assault, Winona Police Deputy Chief Paul Bostrack said. The younger brother could also face charges of obstructing justice and fleeing police. The Peterson man could be charged with obstructing justice and underage drinking.

Why are the thugs' identities protected, while the victim's address isn't?
Although the older brother was not taken into custody, based on an interview with investigators over the phone, he was also referred for charges.
