He faces a misdemeanor count of fifth-degree assault. The individual asked for an evidentiary hearing at a court appearance July 16 and was eventually released to his mother. </blockquote><br />Hopefully, she's making his life miserable.<br /><blockquote>The case for the teenager is designated as an extended juvenile jurisdiction: if he's found guilty, he could face an adult prison sentence that would be stayed until he reaches 21. </blockquote><br />That's good news.
